Get Cashback while you shop online and save your time
Shopping is fun right? But how about shopping that does not require you to step out in sun and ever better adds cash into your wallet every-time you shop? Sounds super fun! That’s what I thought when I heard of cash-back sites, but off lately it has become a hell of a task for me to log on into the cash-back website then get redirected to the website i want to shop on to and then wait for the cash back to reflect, most times it doesn’t even reflect. With hordes of cash back websites coming in to play its pretty difficult to know which ones are genuine and which ones fake and spending your time behind finding it is like ruining the shopping fun! Thus these days I have seen people steer clear of cash back sites, me included.
Well, it seems I am back into the game of shopping from Cash-back sites with this particular review. Shopback.in is a pretty decent website has almost all major online stores affiliated to it including few reputed ones such as amazon, ebay, aliexpress, firstcry and also offers some genuine discounts, cash coupons and guaranteed cash back. Today I will be sharing my shopping experience on Shopback website for you guys and sharing some baby shopping tips.
So as I have already told you earlier this time I am shopping stuff for my toddler ( happy change! :P) Somehow since the time I have become a mom, shopping has become more of a job rather than entertainment and when it comes to shopping for toddler there seems to be and endless amount of research and reflection coming to play! Kids shopping is one serious business I tell you 🙂 However online kids portal are a boon to new mommies like yours truly, since they have variety of sections divided into small sections that will lead you to exactly what you need. Moreover if you are on the look out for some great deals and combos, online shopping is your call. My favorite online baby shopping site has been firstcry.com! Right from the day my little one was born and even before that I have shopped from firstcry and it has been quite a satisfactory experience every time, both in terms of shopping, finding required items and discounts. So one must only guess how elated I got when I found out Shopback.in  had firstcry as one of their stores 🙂
As soon as I logged into my shopback account, I just had to search for the store I wanted to shop through it from the search bar. A pop-up window of the store opened and It asked me log in into my firstcry account and once that was done, I was redirected to my favorite shopping website. Very hassle free I must say! Only thing I had to keep in mind was I had to complete my shopping in the same tab that I was redirected to. Now that’s something that I found tricky! After all whenever I shop I never keep check on the tabs and most of the times I land up loosing my cashback because of this reason. But I soon found out a solution to it!

All I had to do is fill up my shopping cart with all the pop-up & discounted & referral options that came into my way during shopping and then I went to my shopback site, got redirected to my firstcry account which already had my cart filled with my shopping goodies and just went directly to the payment process! 😀 A sure-shot way not to loose my cashback! One important task I do while shopping for my baby is to make a list of things that I really really need and then a list of things that I want (ones that I can do without but would like to have if I could!) The reason why I make these two list is that most of the times when shopping for babies we end up splurging more and mostly on things which we do not need at all. It makes it very much easier to have a list in place so that we get what’s necessary first and then if your budget allows you to or if you are getting a major deal can you tread into the ” would like to buy” zone! Shopping online is beneficial here as you have all the options laid out there and thus finding what you need in the first place is easier and you have less chances of bumping into those things that you just loved and bought just because you couldn’t resist buying and also because you did not find what you needed in the first place! (If you are a mom you would definitely relate to what I am saying here! for others please ignore its just gibberish for you! :P)
So all said and done, I was still little skeptical about the cash back thingy…I have major trust issues with these sites I know! But voila, it turns out that this time I was in for a surprise.!! Not only did my shopping cash back got reflected, but also I got a bonus cashback as a first time customer. All goody goody till now!
But I did have my share of disappointment with this site, for starters I could not somehow manage to login into my amazon and shopcluess account through the website, it was only later that I found a simple solution to it, which was to login into the store site in a separate tab in advance so that it would directly redirect me to my account from shopback site when asked to. Another glitch was that the cash back are redeemable after 88days which is a little of a bummer for me since I will have to wait for that many days to see money in my wallet! But I guess that’s the case for all other major cashback sites, so for those who shop frequently, its not such an issue for them! Over all I liked the simple layout and easy redirection of Shopback, the cash amount was not that lucrative nevertheless not bad for frequent shopper as I mentioned earlier. Its pretty hassle-free and that’s a plus.
