Formal Outfits are too over-rated these days and people have started to come to work in Casual Office Wear. These casual work wear is a broad term encompassing fusion outfits that are not formal wear essentially but also give a certain power look. When we talk about Casual Work wear, it doesn’t mean you land up to your office in khakhi shorts and a T-shirt. (Of-course if your work environment permits, why not?) But here we will be discussing about Formal outfits that are comfortable, easy to carry and not in your face relaxed yet gives a slight Casual vibe to it.

Today’s outfit is one such office wear, Its a Casual Work wear look. Here I have paired my favorite Black and White Polka dot Top with a Plum colour Palazzo pants.to create a casual office wear. In fact Indo-western outfits are a great way to create Casual office wear look. A crop Top with Cotton Saree is another fusion outfit that can come under Casual Work outfit. But palazzo pants for Work are my favorite. They make me look tall and are super comfortable. 🙂

There are a few things you need to keep in mind when you are wearing a Top and Palazzo for work wear. Try using atleast one solid colour and incorporate classic patterns like stripe, chessboard, plaid and polka dots. Avoid using preppy and bright colours like matching a yellow with red or going summery florals at work. If you want to use floral print for casual office wear you can go for autumn floral’s in rust, tan or maroon. These earthy shades are a great start for introducing casualness in your formal outfits.

When brainstorming for tops to wear with palazzo pants, think of tops that have full sleeves, intricate details or collared tops. You can also wear shirt with palazzo and accessorize it with a neck-piece and sleek belt. The plazo design is another thing to be taken care of. Avoid too flimsy, too flare or very loose palazzo pant designs. So for sleek pant style palazzo, also called as pant cut plazo. Narrow Palazzo pants with thick wrinkle free materials are great option for Casual Work wear outfit.
