One of the Spring-Summer 2012’s major trend “Neon” is doing rounds with the vibrant shades.Neon is making quite a regular appearance in all the major fashion events right from Milan Fashion week to Lakme Fashion week, from Red carpet to Awards functions and one of the major element of Fashion Industry “Street Style’s”. I just can’t stop myself from noticing the sparkle and glow of Neon on streets stylistas of Mumbai. I just had to feature it!!! After all this is the latest fashion trend guys!
Its a great time to flaunt Neon in every shade and every colour with Summer on the verge. The colour blocking of summer of 2011 has gone up a scale more in terms of pop and vibrancy with Neon’s being the new colour of season, bringing life to the otherwise dull summer. Bright, pastel, shocking, electrifying and subtle NEON is working in every form this year.
If like me, you too are new to this trend and the question is How to flaunt the Hottest trend of the season?? Then here are few basic tips my fellow blogger has out-lined and I seem to agree with them:
Go Pastel and Get this Look!
Neon Trimmings: Flaunting Hints of Neon here and there is a great way to experiment with this trend. Dress with neon piping, or shoes with neon straps, Purse with neon trimmings, top with neon buttons,Neon-trimmed hat or Jacket is a great way to start.This will help you try new trends without getting out of your comfort zone. Using a neon strap bra is one of the hottest fashion trends this year. 
Even it Out: While there are some who can carry out a complete toe-to-heel Neon Look, Balancing the colour is an important thing for the others. You can either use a single Eye-popping colour to go with grey and Black Palate or you can select a Pastel or Sober Neon shade and mix it with a Darker one giving the Contrast Effect. However, make sure you use colours of same hue. Carrying a pop of neon is the latest fashion trend.
Team Up your Neon with a Neutral colour and Get This Look.
Highlight the Best: Nothing better than Neon quite says look-at-me-i-am-Hot. Its a great way to highlight your best assets with going Neon and emphasizing the best in you! Got nice lips, get a neon pink lipstick, Great Back get a Dress with Neon Straps at the Back.. I am sure all eyes shall follow the Neon glow.
At the End I would say there is no thumb-rule for flaunting Neon!! While some go with the all Neon look, some like to Contrast it with more neutral colours. You can either wear a Neon and Non-Neon combo of the same shade or Mix-Up two different Neon Colours to Complement each other. Its all upon you, your liking, your mood and Your Creativity!!! So ladies Get Neon’ed!!
