Denim over Denim trend for Winter 2019
The Winter season is about to give way to spring but here in Pune its still super chilly with cold breeze blowing in your face. Winter layering is a must thing even if you are traveling for a short distance, especially if you are on a two wheeler. Being a work-from-home blogger and full-time mommy, I am always on the go and even for short distances, I have to get my Winter game on! Some days aren’t as chilly as others but do require some layering to keep away the cold gush of winds. Which is where my denim jacket comes to the rescue. Here is how I have done a Denim over Denim look with help of simple Winter layering tricks.

I have styled my hair in a simple updo and worn some nerdy glasses. These glasses serves dual purpose, they look chic and they protect my eyes from dust when driving.
It is said that when styling, going overboard with something is risque. But when it comes to denim, you can never go wrong. Denim over Denim trend is one such that is totally classy. Layering your denim skirt or dress with a denim shrug or doing denim shirt with denim jeans is one super easy and safe kinda styling.
One of the best tips I would give for layering is to stick to colour combination. Going for different shades of same colour or contrasting solid colours can make up for a Great layering trick. Here I have used a blue scarf for my Denim over Denim layering keeping in mind the colour co-ordination for the styling.
