Ripped Denims OOTD – Work to Party wear
Ripped/ Destroyed Denims have been a major fad these days, be it denim shorts, dungarees or jeans. The best thing about Denims is that they are very versatile and can be styled both as Day and Night wear. A great pair of jeans can be styled as casual wear, work wear and also party wear with some simple accessories and the right kind of make-up & hairstyle. I have been dying to rock the ripped denim look since ages! (Yes, those nine month seem like ages to me now! 😛 ) and I finally am able to close the top buttons of my jeans without any fear of crushing my baby or ripping my stitches. So here are my three simple ways to style your ripped denims for a great Day to night wear. OOTD – Ripped Denims
First look is the Winter Work Look, where I have paired my denims with a full sleeved turtle neck tshirt with a fleece inner that is best for Winters. The hot pink coloured top goes well with these light blue denims and can be a great Day to night wear with a slight change of accessories.
3 ways to style your ripped denims
For the day look here I have paired them with these sporty casual converse shoes and a simple make up. You can also plaid your hair and add on some geeky glasses to make it more work friendly. Since I am staying at my Mom’s with my little one, I am pretty scarce on the right kinda of accessories and currently have to make do with my limited stash.
Work Wear
Both the tshirt and Ripped denims are bought online from Dresslink which has great fashion outfits in pretty much cheap rates, links to both provided in Outfit details below. The denims are a treasure in the offered price and I loved wearing it, the top however could have been better. Not that I did not like the look and feel but the material seemed a little flimsy to me, however considering the top is of just 2$, it seems to be a great budget buy for me. Only grudge is that Dresslink being Korean brand somehow you rarely get a great Indian fit, since most of the products are a size smaller than expected. I went for a size larger in both the cases to be on a safer side. Luckily they had my size.
Ripped Denim Trend
This is my second post baby ootd shoot and its 3 months after my c-section, I still have a lot of tummy flab which I am in no mood to loose so soon 🙂 I would love to be more chubby in order to keep my baby healthy 😀 Maybe that’s another reason why I am not liking the top’s fit. One good thing about the top is that it has a fleece inner side which keeps you warm in winters. Overall the full sleeved turtle neck can be a great fall outfit for work.

Ripped Denims can be a great Work to Party wear with some simple handy accessories. Add up a glitzy blazer, a statement neck-piece, a stunning clutch and some sexy heels to this outfit and turn it into your clubbing attire. You can pretty much go straight from work to your evening office party wearing this same outfit and a little touch up on make-up. The silver clutch is all thanks to my younger sista!! <3

Yes I have skipped the heels part as I still have a severe back ache at times and dread wearing heels so soon. Maybe its because I have chucked wearing them since quite a long time now, I think I will eventually over come my fear of heels soon.
