Actor Shahid Kapoor ties the knot with Delhi based Mira Rajput- Bridal outfit by Designer Anamika Khanna
Lots of hearts broke on 7th July, 2015 as Bollywood’s sweetheart Shahid Kapoor finally tied the knot with a Dehli based girl Mira Rajput in an intimate ceremony. The very fact that Shasha choose a non industry simpleton girl of 23years as a life partner in an arranged marriage lead to in numerous fans getting disappointed world wide. While everyone thought she could be the one, It was the lovely Mira Rajput who stole the heart of the Superstar. The wedding that took place in a farmhouse near Delhi had very few people in attendance.
Designer Kunal Rawal dished out beautiful Sherwani’s & Bandhagala’s for the Groom Shahid kapoor in Whites, Reds, Golden & Creams. Shahid is supposed to have changed 10 outfits during all of the wedding ceremonies. The beautiful Bride Mira Rajput chose to opt for Designer Anamika Khanna’s electic collection of Bridal outfits & Lehenga.

Mira choose simple ethnic outfits for all of her ceremonies beginning from a yellow chikankari kurti for the Haldi Ceremony adorned with fresh flower accessories. Later on opting for a Blush Pink & lemon ghagra for the Sangeet & a beige outfit for the after party.
Sources said that the couple grooved to lots of Bollywood songs on their sangeet including many of Shahid Kapoor’s dance numbers. One of the songs that both Mira and Shahid danced was “Mere saiyaa Superstar” falling apt for the situation, shahid went on his knees while wifey Mira was crooning to the song with him.. (Aww! )

The Bride to be was looking super gorgeous in a Blush Pink & Lemon Ghagra of Sangeet designed by designer Anamika Khanna.
Later the couple provided the most awaited photo opp for the photogs waiting eagerly outside after their wedding, before heading to the ceremonial lunch with both the families. Shahid Kapoor donned a White Sherwani, while Mira opted for a dull pink lehenga with a silver embroidery.
Mira completed her look with a navratna neck-piece and matching earrings, a mang tikka and a jhoomar. Beautiful pink bangles and kaleeras in her hand & light make up with the new bride glow, Mira made a lovely princess bride for the Superstar Shahid.
