The Glamorous fashion event of India, Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week 2013, started with a bang! Designer Joy Mitra presented his collection giving tribute to 100 yrs of Cinema with gorgeous sihouttes walking down the runway in Cinema inspired prints ranging from Mughal-e-aazam to Umrao-Jaan.

The Showstopper Gauhar khan danced down the ramp on the tunes of some famous Bollywood numbers in an elaborate pink and orange lehenga with chikenkari and Lucknowi work done on the bottom of the lehenga. She completed her look with really big Jhumkas. Runway appearances by celebrities often bridge the gap between designer fashion and celebrity-inspired trends.
