Miss India Kanishtha looked gorgeous in Sabyasachi Saree.. with a petite blouse and a Egyptian-Rajput Empress look… The 22 year Mumbai girl is the first reigning Miss India to make an appearance at Cannes.

The nude coloured voile duppata having golden beads was the most outstanding part of dress.. Reminding us of Rekha’s dressup in her times…She completed her traditionally sensuous look with the chunks of gold and black bangles and a hanging pendant (mang tika) on the forehead. Out and Out an Indian princess.. We surely did miss Rani Mukherjee.. (for those who dont know Rani was supposed to be walking the red carpet with Sabyasachi…:)
