Nargis fakhri & Abhay Deol walk for Amrapali Jewellers at India International Jewellery Week 2012
Bollywood Newbie Nargis fakhri walks the ramp with Dashing Abhay Deol at the India International Jewellery Week (IIJW) 2012 for Amrapali Jewellers.
Abhay Deol and Nargis fakhri were the show-stoppers for Amrapali Jewellers. While Abhay Deol looked a complete gentleman wearing a black Jodhpur jacket, Black Shoes and sported a giant paisley Maharaja brooch. Nargis looked demi-goddess in her persian draped Gold gown by Raakesh Aggarwal.
The Whole Amrapali Collection was based on heavy-set Diamonds, Rubies and Emeralds in form of Statment Neck-piece, Cuff’s, Earrings and Bracelets. Most of the Model’s wore Rakesh Aggarwal’s embellished gowns.
The upcoming Diva Nargis looked ravishing in a multi strand Polki and emerald necklace, cuff, bangles and earrings. However the Gold embellished Rakesh Aggarwal Gown looked OTT to us. I wish she had chosen a little sober dress as to enhance the Stunning Emeralds adorning her neck!!
This was the first time this model-turned-actress has walked for Amrapali Jewellers, and we think she did fare well. What do you say??
