Katrina Kaif walks for Manish Malhotra at Delhi Couture Week 2012
Bollywood Diva Katrina Kaif sizzled on the ramp for Ace Designer “Manish Malhotra” at the ongoing PCJ Delhi Couture Week 2012, Delhi.
Designer Manish Malhotra presented his core-forte, bridal wear with vintage inspired Royal look. Stunning silhouettes in coral, royal pink, blush, Red, Gold and Cream palates with heavy intricate work and his patent gorgeousness sashayed down the Ramp yesterday at the PCJ Delhi Couture Week 2012.
Kat wore a stunning ivory and gold lehenga-choli with Pink Border. The choli looked sexy with gold embellishments.
When asked about her Choice of Clothing as Bridal Wear Katrina said, “I love wearing Indian clothes. But for my wedding I would choose something light, the one that I am wearing right now is very heavy at the bottom. Probably, when I get married, I will ask Manish to improvise a little. I would definitely want him to design my bridal trousseau but then it all depends where he will be at that time,”
Manish Malhotra was quite happy with his Muse, and he couldn’t stop himself from gushing about her, “Katrina is beautiful and she looks gorgeous in Indian clothes. So when I thought of this collection, I had just her in mind as a showstopper.” as quoted in an Interview. Runway appearances like these often set the tone for future Bollywood style trends.
