Kushal Tondon aka Viraat from “Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai” currently aired on StarPlus, is allegedly Robbed off of some priced (some priceless) possessions of his from his own House!!
They say “Goodness Pays”, but not Always!! It is reported as Kushal had brought home a boy in need of work, to cook for him. The boy needed work and Kushal needed some home-help. Thinking he would help the boy, he brought him home, only to find that the very next day he left with some valuable articles from Kushaal’s Home, leaving kushaal poorer by around 10,000 rs Cash, a laptop, a diamond ring, a high end Mobile , passport and 12 expensive glares.
For those who are unaware Kushal Tondon plays “Viraat” in the T.V Serial “Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai” playing one of the lead protagonist’s with Nia Sharma aka Maanvi.
Hailing from a political background Kushal chose Glamour world to be his forte. He was the 1st Runner Up of “Grasim Mr. India 2005” (See Pic Below). Which paved way for him into the Modelling World. After some t.v commercials and Ramp Walk’s he landed up a meaty role in t.v Serial “Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai”. He has also bagged role in and upcoming film, and considering his good looks and acting skills, we assume this lad is going to Stay. 😉
Coming Back to the Robbery at his Place Kushal spoke to Bombay Times about it saying, “Apart from other valuables, he took away my trophies which I’d won at various award functions. I have a huge festish for sunglasses and my collection boasted of expensive glares costing upto Rs 12,000. He took all of them. I wanted to help the guy without knowing his background and it backfired. I guess it’s not advisable to trust strangers blindly.”
