Different ways to style Chikankari Embroidered Kurta

Lucknowi chikankari is one of the most sought after embroideries in India and very rightly so. The pastel shades and beautiful thread hand work is no match to the machine work we get in the market. Mostly done on cotton or georgette the chikankari kurta are a semblance of grace and elegance. The best part is that it never goes out of style.

So when it came to getting a Chikankari kurta online, I chose this beautiful black chikankari Anarkali dress with angarakha pattern. It has exquisite floral embroidery panels and neckline work. For my first look I paired it up with a white palazzo pants and a white dupatta. The kurta is from House of Chikankari which is an amazing portal for all your chikankari looks! The fabric of the kurta is very comfortable with a good fitting. The kurta is heavily embroidered with a quality finish and the material is used decently enough to give good fall to the kurta.

Chikankari Indo-western look

One of the best looks that I have styled using a chikankari material would be an Indo- western look. I paired the kurta with one of my traditional embroidered jacket to give an Indo-western vibe and added a belt to style it like a midi dress.
